Our traditional Spanish Finca (Farmhouse) & its Casita both recently refurbished are peacefully situated between the coastal towns of Denia and Javea. Surrounded by Orange and Almond groves, the property enjoys gardens where the geraniums and bougainvillea bloom all year round. Its South facing Nayas (covered terraces) overlook the swimming pool. An additional West facing terrace houses the barbecue and benefits from the last of the evening sunshine. The Finca & Casita together provide excellent accommodation for two families sharing or Family and grandparents.

The 200 year old Finca is our beautiful well cared for family home and the Casita its adjoining guest house. The finca has complimentary wireless internet or use of the house computer with 24 hour internet connection, games console and two adult mountain bikes and one childs bike on which to explore the breathtaking countryside. Available together during Easter, July, August & September from £1200 per week. This property is not a typical holiday let.

Whether explored by car, on foot or by bicycle this region, described by the World Health Organisation as near perfect, boasts 320 days of sunshine a year. It is a green country without the extremes of heat and drought suffered by other coastal regions. Whilst providing all facilities the area is unspoilt and un-commercialised retaining the tranquillity and warm hospitality of traditional Spain. Javea and Denia have fascinating old ports, narrow winding streets, ancient castles and fortifications, colourful markets and an abundance of fiestas. Gata just beyond the little village of Jesus Pobre is famous for its basket ware and ceramics. Travel inland and experience breathtaking mountain views and village life unchanged for centuries, along the coast unspoilt bays, rocky coves and headlands lead you towards the noisier delights of Benidorm with its theme parks Terra Mitica and Aqualandia.
