Finca Arboleda is a Non complex country location 2 Bed Villa, The Old Stables and a 1 Bed Apartment only 10 mins from the beach and 5 mins from Vera town.

The Old Stables is a well equipped, clean, modern 2 bedroom holiday rental villa with an open plan sitting/dining area and fitted American kitchen. There is a shower room and 1 twin and 1 double bedroom.

The villa has a private patio area with sun beds, bbq and table and chairs. There is a large garden with mature fruit trees, Citrus, Apricot, Plums, Peaches and Olives from which we make our own organic oil.

The beautiful 10 x 5 metre pool is available for the sole use of guests and the owners and is a natural pebbletec pool which has a salt water filtering system, so no excessive chlorine to harm your hair and eyes. The salt content is about the same as a human tear.

The country surroundings are perfect for a stroll or more serious walking and we have mountain bikes that you are welcome to use. There are views of mountains all around and the Mediterranean can be seen from the bedrooms of the Villa, on a clear day!

Puerto Rey is the closest beach and it is a Blue flag beach with miles of clean normally empty sandy areas.
Busier beaches with all facilities are just down the coast at Garrucha and Mojacar, San Juan has beautiful sandy coves. Vera playa has an Aqua park.

Apart from the beach and walking there are 5 golf courses within easy reach with the fantastic Desert Springs about 15 mins away and Valle del Este about 3KM away

Mini Hollywood, home of the Spaghetti Western is about 40 mins away and open to the public. On the way you can visit an Olive Oil factory, stop at the pottery making towns of Sorbas and Nijar and on the return visit the Cabo de Gata national park and drive the spectacular mountain coast road back to Mojacar.

Vera is a charming old town with lots to see and many restaurants, Garrucha is a working fishing town where you can watch the days catch be unloaded and auctioned, take a stroll on the new promenade and then eat the fish at one of the many seafront restaurants. Mojacar is a lot livelier and has 100's of places to eat and drink; you can find it all from an all day English breakfast to Paella.
