The dining area contains a dining table and 4 chairs, mirror, pictures, sideboard and for your entertainment there is Satellite TV (with UK and Sky stations) and DVD as well as a CD/Radio.

Moving into the kitchen, as you would expect in a property of this standard, there is an oven, hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine as well as a good selection of pans, crockery and utensils. There is also a separate utility area leading from the kitchen which contains an iron and ironing board.

On the ground floor there is also a useful downstairs shower room, containing shower, basin and WC.

Moving upstairs to the first floor is the sleeping area. There are a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket within easy walking distance of this property and the lovely Carabassi beach is only a 3 minute drive away! What more could you want for that great Spanish holiday?!
