For your entertainment there is Satellite TV (with Sky stations), a Hi Fi /CD system as well as a selection of CD’s, paperbacks and board games. The dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs. There is also a handy downstairs WC with basin and mirror with lights over.

The kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and dishwasher as well as a good selection of pans and utensils. It also contains a table and 4 chairs. There is also a separate utility area leading from the kitchen which contains a washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board and airer.

Stairs lead to the first floor which contains the air-conditioned master bedroom. In here you will find a double bed, bedside cabinets with 3 drawers, bedside lamps, double wardrobe and 4 drawers. In addition, patio doors lead to a private balcony with views to the woodland.

The master bedroom also has en suite facilities with shower, basin with marble surround vanity unit plus mirror with lights over.
