Comfortable and well cared-for, Casa Cristina was originally a Spanish ‘weekend house’ A true country retreat, designed for spending a well deserved and relaxing break away from it all!. Double gates open onto a private driveway for several cars which is bordered by young cyprus and pine trees. From here a spacious terrace, jasmine scented and shaded by mature grape vines, leads to the cosy sitting room, with comfy sofa, satelite tv (with basic uk channels) stereo, dining suite and wood burning fire – for the cooler months. The recently fitted kitchen is well equipped for self catering, having electric kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge and gas hob. The three bedrooms are all off the lounge; one double, one twin and a smaller room with bunk beds, considered suitable for children of up to twelve years old. The double bedroom has it's own newly installed ensuite shower room, whilst a further modern tiled bathroom completes the internal accommodation.
OUTSIDE: the house is surrounded by a variety of plants, fruit trees and an abundance of olives’ . The mountain views from the pool terrace are simply stunning and, we feel, may be difficult to resist! (It's even possible to glimpse the sea on a clear day)! An attractive balustrade surrounds the pool , which also has a gate, so that for guests with young children, the area can be secured. Alongside the shaded patio, is a brick built BBQ, the perfect outdoor kitchen with a wonderful view!
Traditionally presented in typically Andalucian style with white washed walls.
