Benalmadena is roughly 10-15 minutes from Malaga airport.

Is one of the Costa del Sols most vibrant and attractive resorts, with over 300 sunshine days per year.

Flight time from London is just over 2 hours and 2½ hours from Manchester.

Our light and airy apartment is in a block of only 8 apartments and is 3 floors up from ground level (no lift). The 2 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with use of a double sofabed (which can sleep 2 adults) a cot is available for £10pw.

This light and airy apartment commands stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and Benalmadena Marina, has a communal garden, situated less than 5 minutes walk from Bonanza Square and 2 minutes walk from Flamingo Square.

The closest supermarket is a three minute walk up the hill from the apartment.

Fresh bedlinen, towels (not beach towels), electricity, water & cleaning on departure are included. For stays over 2 weeks towels and bedlinen will be changed if req'd. A charge of 30 euros approx will be payable locally.

Hot/cold air conditioning throughout provided on a meter system. 1 Euro for 2 hours approx.

The apartment is less than a 2 minute walk away from a main hotel which has many facilities including a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. This is open 365 days a year.

5 minutes by car from Torremolinos and Fuengirola, Benalmadena being in between the two.

10 minutes to one of the best golf courses in the area.

** Car not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance, unless of course you wish to explore the Costa del Sol. **

About the area:

Benalmadena, on the Costa del Sol, is 22 kilometres west of Malaga which can be reached by train within 30 minutes.
Benalmadena is between the popular resorts of Torremolinos and Fuengirola. It is comprised of three distinct areas - Benalmadena Pueblo, the original village in the hills, Arroyo de la Miel, a bustling town of shops and businesses, and Benalmadena Costa, the vibrant area built up along the coastline.

Benalmadena Costa boasts a beautiful beach stretching for almost 10 kilometres and what is claimed to be one of the best Marinas in the world. Here, there are over 1000 berths and 200 shops, bars, restaurants, plus a new shopping centre. The architecture has Andalucian, Arabian and Indian influences. It is an attractive place to visit both during the day and at night.

Booking Conditions:

We welcome couples, mature persons, Golfing Groups and families with well behaved children only please. Good behaviour is expected. Sorry no young singles/groups.

All bookings are on a strictly first come, first served basis.

No more than six people should reside in the apartment during the rental period.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and completed booking form, dates will not be held without these. We regret the deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation by you. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, which is payable 6 weeks before your departure. (Bookings made within six weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance).

Information on key collection/entry will be sent along with directions and information on the apartment. This will be posted separately, once the final balance has been paid.

Our representative in Spain is also available to provide help and advice if required.

A security deposit of €225 or £150.00, is required to cover breakages and loss of keys.
The deposit is payable with the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, and return of the keys, being paid for. A cheque will be returned to the Lead Name on the Booking Form, within 10 days of departure from the apartment.

The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay.

Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment. Name changes maybe made if agreed with the owner prior to arrival at the apartment.
Under no circumstances will persons under the age of 21, be allowed to reside at the apartment without parental/adult supervision.

Parental supervision is strongly recommended at all times on the balcony.

Check-in/out:

Changeover day is flexible.

Check-in 3pm and check-out 10.30am, however we maybe flexible on times. Luggage may be left inside the apartment, if your flight arrives before 3pm. Please contact our representative in Spain on arrival for more info.
