To reserve your desired holiday dates please email to confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name & a deposit payment of 20% of the cost is due immediately (non-refundable). SIX weeks prior to departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £200 is then due. On return from your holiday & given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the damages deposit is returned in full.
