The Apartments:
These apartments are immaculately maintained and fully serviced before each arrival, towels/bed linen provided.
Each apartment can be rented to sleep up to four people or six using a sofa bed in the lounge. These spacious holiday apartments are fully furnished to a high standard making it home from home, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom (bath and shower), lounge and modern kitchen complete with hob cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, cable TV (All Satellite Channels), stereo and DVD.
The view is truly outstanding and can be enjoyed from a large private terrace, perfect setting for your breakfast/evening meal, complete with table and chairs as well as sun loungers.
Location:
La Cumbre Del Sol is in the heart of the Costa Blanca just 1-hour from Alicante airport (75 kms) and an hour and a quarter from Valencia airport (102 kms) and is close to the popular villages of Moraira, Javea, Calpe, and Benitchell.
Entertainment:
The nearby village of Moraira is very pretty with quaint streets and squares and a marina; it has many places to eat including a number of Michelin restaurants. The town of Javea is a fascinating mix of old and new with a large, sandy beach and promenade(The Arenal),an unspoilt old town, and a wide variety of restaurants overlooking the beach. Other attractions include Aqualandia (waterpark with slides) and Mundomar (dolphin, sea lions shows etc) also a theme park Terra Mitica, all within 40 minutes of the apartment.
Booking:
**Please note a 20% deposit is required to secure a booking and a £75 security bond is payable 60 days prior to departure. If six people rent a £17.50 supplement will be incurred for linen.
