Our apartment is set in small modern complex right on the beach front in an area of Denia called Las Marinas. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment complete with central air conditioning for those hot summer nights and heating for any of our winter guests. The apartment is in a superbly maintained peaceful complex with plenty of communal garden space and a large swimming pool. For beach lovers you only need step out of the complex onto the sand. The apartment is on the 1st floor and so has an amazing sea view. Just a short walk away there is a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets and bars and a short drive away you have Denia town centre, and 2 golf courses La Sella, and Oliva Nova.
