You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking apartment,although smoking is permitted in outdoor parts of the apartment,ie balcony and terrace.

general :
The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has to 2 lovely swimming pools, and the terrace has a built-in barbeque. If you are driving, there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. The master bedroom has its own private sunny terrace.

The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac so there is no "through traffic" and very peaceful,yet less than ten minutes walk to the lively "Cabo Roig Strip" where you will find many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and age groups.
