There is a pool bar only 5 minutes walk from the villa where you can play tennis, eat and drink. During summer they also arrange club evenings with live music and food. The area itself provides a numerous different walking/hiking tracks with astounding views. There are caves not far away from the villa that you can explore. If you are into hiking and walking there are many possibilities in the area. There is a safari park about 8 km from the villa (direction Pedreguer) that could be fun both for children and adults. There is also a water park, Aqualandia, close to Benidorm, about 25 min drive from the villa. The beach in Javea (20-25 mins by car) has a beautiful sand beach and promenade with several restaurants/pubs/nightclubs. There are also water sports like jet skis, para-gliding and you can also hire boats. Javea Port also has a selection of restaurants and a rockier beach with rock pools. Denia beach (15-20 mins by car) is a beautiful sand beach with several restaurants along the way. Both Javea and Denia have golf courses; Club de Golf Javea (9 hole) and Club de Golf La Sella (18 hole). If you are a keen golfer, it is worth travelling a little further to Oliva Nova (25 mins) or the renowned El Saler (50 mins) near Valencia.
