The villa has three double bedrooms, and the use of its own gymnasium, and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. There is a large lounge/dining area which is tastefully decorated and furnished to an exceedingly high standard, and patio doors that open onto various terraces and Nayas, that overlook the heated pool and garden.

The villa is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) and the lounge has a wood burning fire. Also the lounge is fully equipped with DVD/CD, T.V. and Video

Outside there is a pool shower, barbecue kitchen area, and a separate shower/changing room with W.C.
