The top-floor apartment has an air conditioned large living and dining room with comfortable sofas, Satellite-TV , DVD player & CD player. From here patio doors lead onto a furnished balcony. On the roof there is a large private roof terrace, equipped with a barbecue, shaded dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a shower for refreshment.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge freezer and Gas cooker. In the separate utility room there is a washing machine. We also have small appliances as iron, toaster, electric kettle, etc.

Off the internal lobby are three bedrooms, one double and one twin. The third has bunk beds. There is also a safe. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The apartment has two complete bathrooms.

A private parking space is available.

The apartment is just 50 metres back from the famous Pine Walk, ideal for all the family to while away those long hot summer days.

At the other end of the day its the place to sit and watch the world go by after dinner in one of its many excellent restaurants.

Close by are also the wet lands of sAlbufera and the Torrent des Rec.
