This property has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Situated near to the edge of the golf course in an elevated position and enjoys views of the golf course and the town to the sea.

A minutes walk to the landscaped swimming pool with a children's pool and childrens play area.

It is only about 2 minutes walk to the golf clubhouse, and perhaps 1 minute to the beach and shops, banks, supermarkets, tapas bars, and restaurants, etc.

This house has been tastefully furnished and completely equipped. All principal rooms (lounge/dining and main bedroom) enjoy the feeling of space and light.
Double sofa bed in the lounge which can be folded out quite easily. Ceiling fans have been installed throughout.

The lounge/dining room has doors to the terrace which is complete with outdoor furniture and BBQ also enjoys the splendid views, just right for a cool drink and to watch the sun go down.
