The lounge is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, Flat screen TV with DVD player with UK Satellite TV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, fireplace, and two comfortable sofas. As it is open-plan, the dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool; there is also a washroom on this level.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor all with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and boasts the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom with bath and rain water shower plus a security safe!.
The 2 other bedrooms can be converted to sleep either twin beds or made up to large double beds depending upon your requirements (these are UK hotel top of the range beds!).
Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa. Here again there is a luxury table and chairs, BBQ area, and of course the private swimming pool with outside shower.
A quiet location ,La Noria is a small community on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only a few minutes walk away.

The Villa is ideal for families looking for plenty of space,you will also have access to the lovely gated communal pool plus a tennis court, both of which are less then 2 minutes walk away.
