The apartment has a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. In the spacious lounge, which is bright and airy, there is a tv and dvd player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new oven and hob, fridge freezer plus a full set of cutlery and utensils. In addition there is a seperate utility room with a washing machine,iron and ironing board. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and bidet.

The apartment has it's own balcony with spiral stair case leading to a large roof terrace with beautiful views of the mountains in the distance. The roof terrace has sunbeds and a fully installed shower.

A few minutes away is the typically Spanish town of Rojales. It has a choice of local cusuine, which is well worth sampling, as well as international. There is also a mix of bars and one worth a visit is the Jazz Bar set amonst the famous Caves.

For more bars, some with excellent live entertainment and more choice of restaurants, take a stroll down to Benimar which is well worth an evening visit.

Just two minutes away in the main town are banks, supermarkets and the picturesque local square, near to the river Segura. Nearby, you will find the local markets, selling everything from vegetables to handbags, which are held weekly throughout the year. The famous and bigger Lemon Grove Market is just 10 minutes drive away.


Just 10 minutes drive from the apartment is the blue flag beach of Guadamar, which is very safe for children. With its various bars and restuarnts and golden sand it is a place where the Spanish like to take their holidays. It is not to touristy but is lively enough for a good night out. The marina has watersports available.

There are other great beaches nearby. la Marina is recommended with its pine forest, where both locals and holiday makers alike can picnic near the beach.

The location of the apartment is ideal for those looking to sample the local Spanish life - away from the bucket and spade brigade. Whether you fancy cycling, bird-watching, trekking or generally just chilling out away from the maddening crowds - Rojales is perfect. Golfers are also very welcome!
