The property comprises a lounge/Dining room with TV, DVD player and CD/radio. It is recommended that you bring your own CD's and DVDs to play/watch during your stay. A Breakfast bar to fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, Mini Grille, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine and is of course fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both have fitted hanging wardrobes. Air-conditioning is available in the main bedroom although a charge of £10 or 15 Euros will be requested for renting the remote control unit. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. There is a modern bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, WC and Bidet. There is also a downstairs shower room with washbasin and WC. Bed linen including blankets, pillows, towels and tea towels are provided, but please take your own beach towels with you. Guests are requested to refrain from taking any towels from the apartment to the beach or Pool. Some adaptations have been made to this property to make it accessible for people with mobility problems.There is ramped access to the door, with portable ramps into the property and most downstairs rooms are accessible for an independent wheelchair user although the downstairs bathroom is only accessible via the attendant propelled shower-chair/commode. Unfortunately this property will not be suitable for all potential users as the downstairs toilet will not permit sideways transfers, the shower-chair/commode can be used over the toilet. There is an accessible wheel-in shower room. Also available for use on site are a raised toilet seat with arm rests, a blanket raiser for the bed, a bed rest to enable sitting up in bed, a selection of special pillows, a waste disposal bin for medical waste and a selection of sliding boards for transferring into chairs. The downstairs twin bedded room has an overhead hoist to enable bed to chair transfers. One of the beds is electrically operated (foot & head raising) with a pressure-relieving mattress (similar to gel cushions). The seat width of the shower-chair is 17 inches (it is used by the owner who normally uses a 20 inch seat wheelchair). It has easily interchangeable wheels enabling it to be self-propelled or attendant pushed.
