OPTION 1
Our self contained garden apartment has magnificent views over the Mediterranean.Within the extensive terracing is a 7x4 Metre swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests.The borders and pots have a variety of plants such as Hibiscus Geraniums,Roses and tropical plants.


It enjoys 2 Bedrooms,bathroom and modern kitchen with all facilities.The main bedroom is fully fitted with King Size bed and ample storage/wardrobe space,the second has 2 single beds and wardrobes.Sleeping accomodation is further increased by a double sofa bed in the lounge.

For your entertainment sky satellite is installed for all the main BBC and ITV channels plus several others.It also enjoys a DVD,CD and Tape player.

The large terraces are equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers together with Spanish style BBQ for those times you want to relax at home.

For those guests staying during the winter months the apartment has a log burning fire and electric heating,ensuring that when the evenings become chilly after those warm sunny days you will be comfortable, a real home from home atmosphere. Sleeps maximum 6 people.

OPTION 2
First floor apartment with views over the Mediterranean no use of pool when rented seperately,but within a 5 minute walk from Penoncillo beach.

There are 2 bedrooms,Main bedroom has 2 large single beds which are joined,second bedroom 1 double bed,both with ample wardrobe space.Walk in shower room, lounge diner, modern fitted kitchen and laundry room.

Satellite TV with English stations,and electric heating

The outside terrace provides a fantastic view of the sea and beach with shower facilities.Sleeps maximum 4 people

OPTION 3
Combined use of both apartments with use of the pool.Rental of both apartments with seperate entrances is an attractive proposition for larger groups or families sleeping maximum of 8 people
