Externally the villa has a large floodlit heated pool, a good sized garden which is all on one level and spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the village of Mijas from the villa and the garden

There is parking space for up to 4 cars which are secured by locked external boundary gates

8 sunloungers are provided

The pool and garden are maintained weekly

Internally on the ground floor there is a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen with seating for 6 which has patio doors leading to the garden and BBQ area

The lounge and separate dining room both open onto the patio and outside dining area, garden, BBQ and pool area. There is a Sky package on the TV showing English channels which can be upgraded to include Sky sports channels at an additional charge.

Downstairs bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the first floor the master suite has a king size bed, separate dressing area and bathroom with corner bath and shower, toilet and bidet. Patio doors lead from the bedroom onto a large south facing terrace with table and chairs.

There a 2 further good sized twin rooms, both have excellent views, one with patio doors leading onto the upstairs terrace.
