The distance from the property to the sea is approximately 25 meters..
Its perfect for a peacefull holiday outside the tourist centra , yet there are shops , bars restaurants and a few disco's including a superb 27 holes ( Gary Player )Golfcorse , within 5 km.and an other one in Roquetas de Mar ( 20 km. )
The living space exist of 3 bedrooms ( two double , one twin.) with fitted wardropes , 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen , a lounge dining area with fitted fireplace all burner as well as a seperate lounge area with stunning views over the Sea.
Outside , there are a number off patios and seating areas , with rockery and superb BBQ area. In the garden is an original outdore shower.
