The cottage is in the grounds of the owners house which enjoys complete privacy, set in 1400 m2 and surrounded by a 2mt.high wall. The pool is 10mts x 5mts and last August reached 33 degrees C. There is a large terrace around the pool ,over 100 m2.and at the end of the pool is a BBQ and bar area with large fridge to keep those beers cool

The village.
Campoverde is a Spanish village built in the 60’s for the Spanish.
All the villas in the village are built on plots of no less than 1000 m2.
The villas are many and varied with many pine trees giving the village a countryside feel.
About 300 mts. Walk is the centre of the village, where you will find several bars and restaurants, one of which is attached to the local swimming pool where families can sunbathe swim and get refreshments whilst meeting other holiday makers or locals.
The local shops include a chemist , news agent. Spanish super market & DIY shop.
A further 400 mts away is another shopping centre, where you will find the local bank, three more restaurants, two bars and a supermarket.

Pilar de la horadada is the local town ,about 4 mls away .Here you will find everything you could possibly need ,including over 50 bars and restaurants.
