There are excellent bars shops and restaurants within 10 minute walk and a 3 minute drive takes you to the Urb of La Marina, with banks, bars and restaurants including Chinese, Indian, Italian, English and of course Spanish cuisine.

In the main area of this fully Hot/Cold Air conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs, TV & DVD player, the lounge area is equipped with 2 leather settees, tv unit and side table and coffee table.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, micro- wave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Family bedroom with Hot/Cold Air conditioning, double bed, bunk beds, bedside cabinets and a walk-in wardrobe. The en- suite has a full-size shower, bidet, WC and wash hand basin.

The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina are only a 10-minute drive from this villa. This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 35 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

The property is one of a group of 10 villas on a small estate and is approached from the road via a private drive leading to the villa entrance. This Villa is ideally situated for those who want to get away for a quiet holiday. This villa is away from main roads and has the benefit of being a detached villa on a 2000sq metre plot with a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, a tennis court, your own private bar, large sun terrace. 10 minute drive to the urbanisation of La Marina and 15 minute drive to the city of Elche on the Costa Blanca coast, you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

Elche to the north-west is the capital of the El Baix district and the Valencian region's third largest city in terms of population. Elche had its original location at L'Alcudia where the bust of the Lady of Elche was found, however the Moors moved the city to its current position, surrounded by groves of palm trees. Today over 300,000 officially protected palm trees in the city lend it a somewhat exotic air. These palms are evident on every street corner and can be especially enjoyed in the well-tended city park and just a short walk away in the Huerto del Cura (Priest's Garden), where a palm in the form of a seven-armed candelabra is a good example of the freaks of nature.
In the historical, old section of the city amongst the most interesting sights are the Altamira Palace, the Basilica of Santa Maria, the Moorish fortress and the Moorish Baths.
The municipal park in Elche is a wonderful place to enjoy both the sun and the shade. The park is filled with tall palms, water features, bandstands and much more. On the other side of the road is the outdoor swimming pool and the sports park where all manner of sports take place.
The River Vinalopo runs through Elche and has several impressive crossing points. If you stay close to the river you are guaranteed to see the best of the sights including the Basilica, the Palacio, the Museo de la Festa and the old town market. The tourist board can issue you with a street plan that has suggested routes marked on it to ensure you get the most from your visit. All over Elche are splendid buildings with intricate stonework and a fair share of statues and monuments. Look out for the Lady of Elche. Be sure to walk and make sure you have good walking shoes on and take plenty of water with you.

There is a one off cleaning charge of 65 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
