This taditional town has many small streets,picturesque fishing harbour and is overlooked by the remains of an ancient castle. The beach, which is less than a ten minute walk away from the property stretches for miles along the Las Marinas coastline. Beach bars, restaurants, cafes and small shops are in abundance.
The town centre is a five minute drive away and can also be reached by local bus, offering a good selection of bars, restaurants, tapas bars and shops along with local markets, making it perfect for an evening stroll. There is a selection of supermarkets either within walking distance, or just a few minutes drive away from the property.
The famous golf courses of La Stella and Oliva Nova are a short drive away.
Beniodorm with its abundant nightlife, Terrmitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are a thirty minute drive along the coast.
Denia lies at the foot of the Mongo mountain and this provides spectacular views over the bay of Denia and near by Javea. From the bustling harbour in Denia there are a variety of boat trips on offer along the beautiful coastline, plus the oppertunity to travel by ferry to the Balearic Ialands.
The property is set in a small development of thirty houses and has a small private garden with gate, which is perfect on your return from the beach. There are large communal gardens with a freeform pool.
On the ground floor the property has a large living/ dining room with double sofa bed, access to the terrace/ private garden, shower room and kitchen with utility area. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds and has access to a large balcony, which overlooks the communal gardens/ pool and a second bathroom with shower.
As well as offering short term rental all year round we're also able to offer long term rental between 1st October and 31st March at rates which are inclusive of all utility charges.
