This light and spacious fully hot/cold air-conditioned apartment on the second floor is just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar which have the Euro blue flag for quality and cleanliness. Only 15 minutes from the Marina with restaurants and bars stretching along the harbour. Only 400 yds from Masymas supermarket with English products on sale. You are a 10 minute walk from Guardamar centre that has lots of bars, restaurants and street cafes plus a nightly market stretching along from the town centre to the the promenade.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises of lounge with dining area which consists of dining table and chairs, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, TV with English satellite, DVD player, mini hi-fi and sun terrace with patio set with views overlooking the pool.

Separate kitchen that consists of fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cooker with hob and oven, microwave with grill, iron and board and all cooking utensils.

The bathroom consists of bath shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

Master bedroom with double bed, large fitted wardrobes, safe and two bedside cabinets. The En-Suite consists of shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a free standing wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Tea towels provded, hand and bath sheets provided along with beach towels.

This accommodation is on the second floor with 2 lifts and allocated car parking space.

Situated within two minutes drive of probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca with beautiful walks through forest and sand dunes and close to the Marina and all the facilities it provides.

The apartment is suitable for families or couples.

Guardamar is within driving distance of an excellent range of golf courses. The majority of courses cater for those on holiday or in the area for short-ish periods, and as a result do not usually allow bookings more than 7 days in advance (unless in large groups). If flexible you should not have a problem getting in with as little as one days notice. Listed below are a selection of golf courses in the Guardamar area: -

LA FINCA (Algorfa Golf Club)

La Finca is a golfing oasis placed in picturesque rural surroundings with fantastic views. Ideally located for those who want to play golf in the heart of the country, while at the same time being able to enjoy the areas best beaches, sailing clubs, & a host of other facilities at just a few minutes drive.
Apart from the 18 hole course, additional golfing facilities include a driving range, putting greens, chipping area & practice bunker. Services at the club house include a restaurant, bar/cafeteria, changing rooms & golf shop; where buggies trolleys & clubs are available for hire.

VILLAMARTIN

Founded in 1972, "Villamartin" has grown in fame to become one of the most popular and highly esteemed golf courses in Spain. In 1994 it hosted the Mediterranean open, and many other competitions take place both pro am and amateur. The course, with its own clubhouse, is well designed green and lush, as is the picturesque countryside surrounding it. A beautiful rural area, yet, only a 10 minute drive into Torrevieja town centre.
On the complex there are many shops, restaurants, bars, banks, tennis courts, swimming pools & very close by there is a horse riding stable. In the centre of the main commercial zone there is an attractive plaza, where you can relax under the palm trees & linger over a cool drink.

Urbinizacion Lomas de Campoamor

The Real Club de Golf CAMPOAMOR is built on a former country estate and surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside. Its 18 holes run through two connected valleys surrounded by low, gently undulating ridges which protect it from the wind. The course is situated about 100 metres above sea level and is bordered to the South by the Tagus-Segura canal.

The world famouse LA MANGA golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses is only 40 minutes drive away.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is 15 minute drive and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 12 minute drive from this property.

A day out can be had at the RIO SAFARI park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch.

Benidorm with all its attractions is only a 45 minute drive away.

Guardamar has an excellent market on Wednesday with fruit, veg and everything else you can think of all year round.

There is a one off payment on arrival of 60 euros for cleaning, along with a deposit of 50 euros for gate remote and keys which is refundable when keys returned at the end of the stay.

If required there is a pick up service from the airport for the cost of 30 euros.

Also if required for arrival (bread, milk and water)can be purchased for you and payment made on pick up keys.
