NB for pet owners: dogs are allowed into the garden areas, not the house; cats are not allowed. There is a convenient nearby areas where dogs can be walked by their owners. I hope you understand that our garden care arrangement does not include cleaning dog waste, so any requirements in that respect will be charged through the damages deposit.

Please note rental prices are flat rate regardless of party size (maximum 11 persons). 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking, with the balance payable on arrival unless otherwise agreed. A £300 damage and electricity deposit is also charged per week booked. The balance of this deposit over electricity consumption is refunded within one month of departure, provided no damage on the property has occurred. Changeover day is Saturday.
