It comfortably sleeps 4 people with a sofa-bed to accommodate a further 2 people. ‘Sanfrancisco’ is set on one level, offering tastefully furnished accommodation and features two twin bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen / dining area is fully equipped with a hob, fridge and a microwave and a dining table seating 6 people. A washing machine is available. The lounge is comfortably furnished with satellite TV and is surrounded by french windows and patio doors which open directly onto the huge terrace, with el fresco dining area and the private swimming pool. The Exclusive Apartment ‘Losangeles’ sleeps up to 6 people and is well appointed throughout with bright and modern furnishings. Situated on two levels, the first floor consists of a master double bedroom with 3 huge glass windows giving spectacular views across Costa Calma, and a twin-bedded ’landing’ bedroom. Patio doors lead from each side of the ‘landing‘ bedroom to private sun terraces with spectacular sea views. The large bathroom features a corner bath with jacuzzi, shower and toilet. External stairs lead from the first floor to the huge rear sun terrace which is totally enclosed by palm trees offering perfect peace and tranquility. The ground floor is accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase. The downstairs living area features digital satellite television, dvd and vhs as well as two large sofas, one a sofa-bed. French windows and doors open directly to the sun terrace by the private swimming pool, with patio dining furniture seating 6 on a luxurious glass table. It is separated from the spacious dining area by a central arch with georgeous oak furniture and a dining table, seating 6 people as well as a stereo. There is a private kitchen fully equipped with a cooker and a hob, a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and drying facilities. Apartment 'Carlsbad' is located down a small flight of stairs, with its' own private entrace. There is a large bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and the living area includes full kitchen facilities. We can sleep 4 or 5 guests here.
