The house is situated towards the edge of the village of Canet Lo Roig and is a typical Spanish terraced property - narrow,long and tall. Although the property is several hundred years old, it has been renovated to a high standard, whilst retaining many of the original features, with exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and tiled floors throughout.
The ground floor is one long open space, containing entrance hall, lounge, dining area and kitchen. Originally the animals would have been kept here and the family would have lived on the floors above.
