Welcome to our holiday home accommodation, Casa Mirador, with swimming pool, on the edge of the mountain village of Gaucin, Andalusia, a short drive from the Costa del Sol and the internationally renowned resort of Marbella in the south of Spain.
Situated on the edge of the village, with stunning views over the valleys below across to the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Moroccan hills but our vacation villa is only four minutes walk from the centre.
Sleeping up to six, it's an idyllic holiday destination in all seasons benefiting from full central heating, double glazing and log fireplace.
The property is a recently built village house in the traditional rustic style with terracotta floor tiles and wooden beams.

Entrance lobby with WC, leading to large open plan kitchen and living/dining area with arch window overlooking views; kitchen area with electric oven and gas/electric hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, dining area with table and chairs and living area with large seating area, open fireplace, satellite TV with video and radio/CD player; sliding door leading to covered open terrace with table and chairs, all with spectacular views across countryside towards Mediterranean and Moroccan hills.

Stairs leading down to middle level, comprising one twin and one double or twin bedded bedrooms each with double glazed windows and excellent views towards Mediterranean; fully fitted bathroom with twin vanity units, bath/shower, bidet, WC and washing machine.

Stairs leading down to second bedroom level comprising twin bedded bedroom and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Passageway to covered terrace at side, leading to private lower open terrace with recliner chairs and table with umbrella, overlooking the swimming pool.
The communal swimming pool (8m x 4m) is shared with two other British owned properties and is saline filtered with steps at shallow end. Covered terrace area with table and chairs.

Unfortunately, due to the 3 floors and its open plan and stairs the property is not considered suitable for young children under 12 years of age but a non crawling baby could be accommodated for whom cot hire could be available.
