This sum includes all utilities, linen, towels and cleaning, and a starter pack of basic groceries (coffee, tea, milk etc).
A 20% deposit secures the accommodation, with the balance paid eight weeks before your holiday. Bank transfers of deposit and balance are recommended (our UK bank details will be provided) and when the deposit (or total amount if within eight weeks of your stay) has been received, the accommodation is considered firmly booked.
