The villa’s superb location ensures peace and quiet for guests, whilst being close to all the towns amenities. The villa is only a ten-minute stroll from the old town and harbour and is only 400metres from the beach. The nearest supermarket, bank and public telephone are only 200 metres from the Villa.

Of course, with Lanzarote’s fabulous year round climate, guests will be keen to soak up the sun. The sun terrace is the perfect spot in which to sunbathe on the comfortable, adjustable sun loungers set in peaceful surroundings. For those guests wishing to harbour from the sun, two large parasols are provided. The barbecue and garden furniture provided are ideal for those summer evenings, when wishing to dine al-fresco.
