This delightful apartment is in a wonderful location, a quiet residential area, but within a 5 minute stroll to the middle of the long Mojacar seafront, so you do not have to rely on buses or drive. Within a small exceptionally wellmaintained complex, you will usually even have the pool to yourselves except in high season. It is very well presented, and comprises bright comfortable sittingroom/dinningroomlounge With Satellite TV BBC etc. The lovely Sunroom Three bedrooms,Master with double bed and ensuite,Twin room. and a unique "Cave" room ,typical of this area(kids of all ages love it!!) The private courtyard becomes another room in warm weather. You can dine here al fresco also.
Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Microwave,large fridgefreezer,juicer etc. As we use this apartment for our own holidays we hope you will find it has everything you need to enjoy your holiday but please ask if you have any special requirements.
Mojacar Playa has miles of golden sand,wonderful beachbars and restaurants where you can enjoy the most reasonably priced good food overlooking the sea.Local shops supermarkets are all closeby. The local bus service runs frequently to Mojacar village with its typically Moorish narrow winding streets full of surprises,quaint white houses with glorious Bougainvillea. Spectacular views over the surrounding Plains and Mountains,or you can visit Garrucha with its fine harbour and famous fishing fleet,savour the freshest seafood and Tapas with locals in waterside bars and restaurants.
This area has the most hours of sunshine and daylight They say this is "where the sun goes for the winter" as it has such a wonderful climate. 300 days of sunshine approx. so why not get away from some of the cold wet winter..we are happy to offer discounts for longer lets. Flights from UK to Almeria,Murcia or Alicante,also Flights from Dublin Cork etc to Murcia or Alicante,then a pleasant drive on almost empty motorways. If you prefer not to drive we can arrange collection from Airports if required ,price on application. As a car is not essential,due to the location of the apartment this is a popular choice.
