This new, very attractive private residential complex (completed Jan 2003) is situated on an elevated site in a quiet residential area of Los Cristianos. It is a 20-minute walk down to the centre where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes. There is also supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within a 2 minute walk from the apartment

This attractive complex has 249 1 & 2 bedroom apartments spread over four blocks A: B: C & D. Block A consists of 5 floors and many of the apartments overlook the swimming pool and have sea views. The Heights has a very relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is on the third floor of block A and comprises of one bedroom with 2 single beds with wrought iron headboards and mirror. There is also a lockable safe for your valuables. An upholstered sofa bed in the lounge makes up into 2 single beds. The fully fitted American style kitchen provides everything you need for a self-catering holiday including microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and iron. The spacious lounge area, which is tastefully furnished, has a large colour television and midi CD system. Patio doors lead from the lounge out onto a large sun drenched terrace from which there is a sea view. This area has a patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sun beds. There is also a large covered rear patio.

The complex has a large sunbathing area with swimming pool, children’s pool, toilets and cold showers. Sun beds can be hired for a small charge. The pool bar with seating area is open 7 days a week from 10:00am until late and serves a wide range of drinks, snacks and meals.

Entry to the apartment is after 15:00pm on day of arrival. On day of leaving please vacate by 10:00am.

As all the apartments are individually owned there is no reception in the complex and therefore the Management Company can be contacted at any time regarding problems with the apartment. They also have an out of office hours EMERGENCY ONLY number (not medical).

The cost per week includes key handover at the airport and a one way taxi transfer to the apartment. A mid week laundry change is included during a one week stay and three changes in a two week stay.
