There is a large balcony at the front of the apartment which overlooks the pool and has views of the Mediterranean. The back terrace has wonderful views of Mojacar Pueblo nestled in the impressive Sierra Cabrera mountains.
The complex is just 30 metres from the beach and has several restaurants and bars close by. The Commercial Centre is only 600 metres away and Mojacar Pueblo just 2 kilometres away.
There are 4 golf courses within 20 minutes' drive, the nearest just 5 minutes away. Just along the coast at Vera is the Water Park, ideal for kids of all ages. All the usual beach activities including jet skiing, scuba diving and snorkelliing are available. For the more adventurous horse riding, pot holing and mountain biking are close by.
