A charming small complex of 3 casitas set in the beautiful grounds of a private spanish family home, the casitas are all on one level with their own patio. There is a roof terrace with a small swimming pool, laundry room, and shower rooms for the pool.

This small complex has its own private grounds and parking, and is set on the edge of the village of bayacas which is 10 minutes from the market town of orgiva.

El Bancal is a small complex owned by a Spanish family. It is very private and set in a lovely valley on the edge of the village of Bayacas, which has a history going back to when the Moors were in the South of Spain.

This small complex consists of three beautiful casitas i.e. apartments. All at ground level with their own separate patio areas. The gardens are very relaxing, with flowers, plants and various fruit trees.

Casita Bayacas: twin bedroom, double sofa bed in lounge, kitchen, bathroom.

Casita Notáez: twin bedroom, double sofa bed in lounge, kitchen, bathroom.

Casita Pinatar: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, double sofa bed in lounge.
Two bathrooms, one for disable people.

Notaez , can sleep 4 using bed settee in lounge

On the roof terrace there is a small swimming pool, laundry room with washing machine and iron, and shower rooms with toilets.

El Bancal and Bayacas are 10 minutes drive from the small market town of Orgiva. Orgiva itself has all facilities such as banks, shops, restaurants and cafes.

The area is in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is very well placed for visiting the historical city of Granada and the famous Alhambra Palace, and also for visiting the mountain villages in the Sierra Nevada. It is only 40 minutes from the Costa Tropical, where there are lovely beaches and recreation areas.

Outside

El Bancal is totally enclosed with private gardens, there is a small swimming pool on the roof terrace and lovely views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. There are private patios for each casita, barbecues and garden furniture.
The garden is safe for children, and there is enclosed private parking.

Distances

EL BANCAL is 10 minutes by car from the market town of Orgiva, an easy two hours from Malaga Airport, 50 minutes from Granada and 40 minutes from the coast.

This lovely complex is owned by a Spanish family, and I, Malcolm de Ste Croix with my colleague, Inma Hidalgo, manage this property for them. On your arrival in Bayacas you will be met by one of us and shown to your casita. We will also give you any local information you may require to help you enjoy your holiday. Changeover days

Changeover days are any day of the week, this helps you to find cheaper flights.

Clients arriving can access the cortijo at 14.00pm. Clients leaving must vacate by 10.00am.
